Accessibility Statement

Last updated 21 June 2026

Section 1: Our Commitment

Lorem Ipsum Creative is committed to making design accessible for everyone. Accessibility is not an afterthought – it’s built into the way we approach every project. We believe that creative work should be usable, inclusive, and equitable, regardless of a person’s ability, technology, or circumstances.

This website has been developed and is regularly reviewed with accessibility in mind. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which represent international best practice and align with accessibility requirements under Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We also look to broader accessibility guidance from resources such as W3C Accessibility Principles, Vision Australia, and the Australian Human Rights Commission – Disability Rights.

Section 2: Accessibility Features

  • Text with strong colour contrast for readability.

  • Responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.

  • Keyboard-friendly navigation and focus states.

  • Clear and descriptive link text, form fields, and labels.

  • Logical page structure using semantic headings.

  • Scalable fonts for users who adjust browser settings.

  • Minimal motion and no flashing content that could cause harm.

Section 3: International Standards

We recognise that our clients and audiences are international. While our accessibility efforts align with Australian law, we also strive to meet or exceed global standards to ensure our work is usable and inclusive worldwide.

Section 4: Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review website content, design assets, and functionality to identify and remove barriers. Where issues are found, we act promptly to address them. This statement itself will be reviewed at least annually to ensure it reflects current best practices, technical standards, and legal requirements. We also consider accessibility in client projects, encouraging practices that improve usability for all audiences.

Section 5: Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in our work, or if you have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you. Feedback helps us continue raising the standard.
